BOOKING
- Metanoia gift voucher number series or 50% down payment is required at the time of the booking to secure all reservations.
- We require 24 hours notice to cancelled or reschedule all appoinments,and where treatments are rescheduled or cancelled with less than 24 hours notice,50% from down payment can’t be refund
- Please arrived 15 minutes before your treatments,in case of delayed arrival,will effect time duration of treatments
FEES
- The price are inclusive of VAT (12.5%)
MECHANICAL/ELECTRICAL BREAKDOWN
- No refund will be given as result of mechanical or electrical breakdown. These usually beyond the control of management,but we do promised will do repair as soon as possible
VALUABLE
- Please make sure to put your belonging in the locker and keep your key with you and make sure you took all your belonging after you done all your treatments. Any loss after you left our place is not our responsibility
